i-lock dress

Our first design available for download is a dress.

The surface of the dress was divided into seven revolved surfaces which are then divided into “A” and “B” columns which alternate around the dress.

Here is the fabrication file showing the seven sections of both the “A” and “B” columns.

The 3mm thick felt was then laser cut.

After the fabrication, the pieces were reorganized based on their name “A1, A2,etc..” and then assembled per column, either “A” or “B”.
